v0.2 - Accelerating


This version has a "Game"

Still long ways to go to be anything, but this is the foundation.

The next update hopefully will have a proper game and I will adjust more on the handling and stuff.


Stuff Added:

- Added Terrain

- Added Road

- Added Orbit Camera

- Added Hood Camera

- Added Switching camera function (Key: C)

- Added Camera Locking (Key: M)

- Added Brake Lights

- Added Blinkers (Key: Q & E) 

- Added Car Lights (Key: L)

- Added Front Beams (Key: K)

- Added Dipper Lights (Key: F)


Stuff Updated:

- Updated Handling (Car used to flip at medium to highspeed)

- Updated Handling (Made the car more drifty) <---- This was before I had a proper purpose with the game

- Updated Camera Script

- Updated Start Camera (Now starts with Orbit Cam instead of First Person)


Planned for the Game (In order of priority)

- Main Menu

- Walking mode out of the car

- FreeCam (Will help me in getting screenshots for promotion and just a cool feature)

-  Start Area (Home/Garage)

- Map System (Still haven't figured what to do on this - I don't think I will be able to do procedural generation with my current knowledge so i might just make a map so it can be played)

- End Point for the Demo Map (A town to reach)

- Potholes and stuff 

- Day/Night System

- Basic Weather System

- Petrol Stations

- Shops

- Toll Booths

- AI/NPC Traffic (This is the most important yet the hardest part, again comes down to the current knowledge)

- Car Options (A few different cars)

- Vans/Jeeps/Trucks etc.


Planned additions for the First Car itself:

- Fixing the awful Handling

- Hazard Lights

- Horn (The thing that goes beep)

- Dashboard

- Wipers (just aesthetic maybe)

- Seat/Camera Adjuster

-  Radio

- Fuel system 

- Mouse Steering (I want this so bad but Iam stuck with the current Car Controller, If anyone helps it will be awesome)
